This is a blog. It measures how its pages are read so it can write better ones. It does not sell anything about you to anyone, and it carries no advertising network.

Analytics
The site uses PostHog, served first-party from this domain rather than loaded from a third-party script host. It records page views, when you leave a page and how far down it you scrolled, page performance measurements, and any JavaScript errors the page throws. It also records which outbound links get clicked.
A visitor profile is created for every browser so those events can be grouped into a session. Your approximate location, at country and city level, is derived from your IP address by PostHog. Nothing here asks for your name.
Session recording is switched off, so no replay of your screen, mouse, or keystrokes is ever captured. Automatic click and form capture is also switched off; only the specific interactions listed above are recorded.
Cookies and local storage
PostHog sets a cookie and a local storage entry to recognise a returning browser between visits. Without them, every page load would look like a new person.
Local storage also holds your interface preferences, such as whether you have opted into terminal mode. That stays in your browser and is never sent anywhere.
Blocking cookies for this domain, or using a tracker blocker, will not break the site. The pages are static and work fine without any of it.
If you subscribe, your email address is stored with Resend, which sends the newsletter. That address is used for the newsletter and nothing else. It is not sold, rented, or passed to anyone.
Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and using it removes you immediately. No reply, no confirmation step, no retention period.
Hosting and processors
The site runs on Vercel, which handles requests and keeps standard server logs. The three companies that process anything on this site’s behalf are Vercel for hosting, PostHog for analytics, and Resend for email. There is no fourth.
Children
This is a publication about business software written for working professionals. It is not directed at children, and it does not knowingly collect anything from them.
Your data
You can ask what has been collected about you, ask for it to be deleted, or ask to be removed from the mailing list. Write to rishikesh@productgrowth.blog and it gets handled.
Changes
When the stack behind the site changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. There is no mailing list for policy updates; the date is the record.
