## How the work runs

1. **Growth audit.** Two weeks on the funnel, pricing, onboarding, and channels. Output is a ranked list of what is actually broken.
2. **Analytics setup.** Event design, tracking, attribution, and dashboards, so an experiment result is readable.
3. **Experiments.** Three at a time, each with a hypothesis, a metric, and a kill condition written before it starts.
4. **Rinse and repeat.** Winners scale into the product, losers get written up.

## What I work on

- Growth strategy and experimentation: north star metric, growth loops, A/B testing, go-to-market, pricing
- Activation and product-led growth: onboarding friction, trial-to-paid, retention and referral loops
- Organic performance marketing: programmatic SEO, content scaling, lifecycle and trigger email
- Growth analytics infrastructure: PostHog, Amplitude, or Mixpanel, event taxonomy, cohort and funnel analysis
- AI agents for growth automation: lead scoring, churn prediction, workflow automation
- Gamification and growth plays: progress mechanics, landing page tests, community and UGC, free tools

## Terms

$3,500 per month covers the work. A further $3,500 is a bonus the client decides on at the end, and only if the results went past expectations. Three experiments run at any one time.
