Field Notes

Short, tactical notes and quick growth experiments.

Before anything becomes a playbook or a teardown, it usually starts as a field note. These are short, opinionated write-ups from real growth experiments: a test that underperformed in a revealing way, a tactic that worked faster than expected, a quick read from a funnel audit. Treat this page as a growth experiment log, written close to the work and before the conclusions get smoothed out for a broader narrative.

The quick growth tactics and tactical notes here aren't polished frameworks. They're signals: early reads, partial patterns, the kind of thing you'd drop in a Slack thread with someone chewing on the same problem. Use them to pressure-test your own thinking, or to catch a pattern you might otherwise miss buried in your own data.
