My Experiments with Growth

Field notes from my own growth experiments: what I shipped, what the numbers said, and what I'd do differently next time.

Growth experimentation is easy to theorize about and hard to run honestly. This is where I log the attempts I've actually made: channels tested, copy iterated, activation flows rebuilt, and the cold metrics that followed. No polished case studies, no survivorship bias. Just building in public, with numbers attached.

What's here are field notes on my own growth experiments, written close to the moment they happened. If something moved the needle, I'll say what did it. If it flopped, I'll say why. Read these as a practitioner's working log, not a victory lap.
